GLEE star Heather Morris dropped a major hint that she could be Scissors on The Masked Dancer.
After spotting a series of clues, fans of the ITV show say they’re convinced the actress is behind the mask.
Series two of the popular dance show was filmed in May 2022, the same time Heather visited the UK.
The singer and dancer, 35, shared a series of tourist snaps in London – including a trip to Westminster Abbey and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
Heather titled the post: “London Adventure Dump.”
Fans reckon it’s got to be a professional dancer because of Scissors’ moves – and Heather is an American actress, dancer, singer, and model – who played the role of Brittany S. Pierce on the TV show.
One said: “Scissors might be Heather Morris? Her character ‘wasn’t the sharpest’ and she toured as a dancer did she not? #maskeddancer.”
Another added: “IF THAT’S HEATHER I WILL CRY.”
Someone else insisted: “Scissors has to be Heather Morris, aka Brittany S Pierce from Glee.”
However, other viewers are less convinced and think A-list supermodel Heidi Klum is the celebrity behind the mask – thanks to her reality TV series on Amazon Prime, called Making The Cut.
Viewers have noted how the mystery celeb has made a number of references to “cutting”, which they have linked to her TV show.
While elsewhere Scissors discussed her links with Germany – where model Heidi, 49, is from – as well as posing in a modelling mirror.
“Sometimes it helps to have a little bit of an X Factor in your life,” the masked character also said – linking with the TV star appearing on fellow Got Talent franchise programme America’s Got Talent.
“With the German Flags and X Factor clue, Scissors could very well be Heidi Klum,” one fan speculated on Twitter.
A second chimed in: “Is Scissors Heidi Klum? Making the Cut, German sausage…” while a third added: “Scissors is Heidi Klum.”
Earlier this week, Masked Dancer fans were certain that a former star of The Only Way Is Essex was behind the snippy costume.
Viewers of the ITV series are adamant Megan McKenna – who later starred on The X Factor: Celebrity – fits the bill of the clues.
They believed this could both refer to her X Factor stint as well as her appearance on TOWIE and reality series Ex On The Beach.
Another teaser hinted: “I’ve certainly done my fair share of touring,” which many took to mean her blossoming music career.
One Masked Dancer fan took to Twitter to speculate: “Megan McKenna scissors?” as another put: “Or it could be Megan McKenna.”
A fan then gave a more detailed analysis and wrote: “I’m like 99.9 per cent sure that Scissors is Megan McKenna.”
Other clues also referenced “cat eyes” – as well as the number 40 and writing on the mirror in bright red lipstick.
Previously, fans have speculated the face behind the mask is that of former X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger.
Along the same lines, many have suggested former show winner Alexandra Burke fits the role.
