NINETIES Pop star Nicole Appleton has dropped a huge hint about the identity of The Masked Singer’s Fawn ahead of the show’s final.
It comes as the character is set to be unmasked in Saturday’s grand finale of the hit show.
Nicole, best known as part of iconic girl band All Saints, appeared on the Magic Breakfast Show, where she weighed in on rampant speculation that Fawn is her sister and fellow bandmate, Natalie.
“Do you know what she hasn’t told me anything” said the singer, when quizzed by co-host Ronan Keating.
Nicole, who was filling in for regular host Harriet Scott, addingL “Now I am getting asked this I’m like, ‘have I missed something’ as I haven’t even watched it. Because if I had known there was any sort of clue that I knew she was on it, I would have watched it.”
Ronan went on to ask if Natalie, who appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, could pop out on a Saturday night without Nicole knowing.
“Very easily,” Nicole teased. “But we do face time each other all the time so you know I am not in that position to think she’s disappeared a little bit, she is still around.”
“I’d love it if it was her but I will now definitely watch” said Nicole.
Ronan then joked that the whole thing could be a big ruse, and it could actually be Nicole behind the mask, not her sister.
“It might be, it might be” teased the Black Coffee singer.
It comes as there have been many theories about Fawn’s identity.
Fans have been busy speculating who she is, but one name that keeps coming up over and over again is Shania Twain.
The singer was massive in the late 90s and known for hits like You’re Still The One, and Man I Feel Like A Woman.
Other fans theories about who Fawn could be included former Coronation Street star Suranne Jones.

Saturday’s The Masked Singer saw a double elimination take place with fans wildly speculating who was behind each costume.
Jacket Potato was unveiled as Bon Jovi legend Richie Sambora, while later on Jellyfish was unmasked as Glee star Amber Riley
The Masked Singer airs Saturday at 7pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
