BRENDAN Cole and Jeremy Edwards were more Jedward than Lennon and McCartney on the Celebrity X Factor.

But according to judge Louis Walsh, the wannabe crooners are set to return next year for another stab at bagging that record contract.

Louis has told The Sun Brendan and Jeremy are going to go away and rehearse

In an exclusive chat, Louis said: They might be coming back next year.Theyre going to go away, rehearse and come back and be quite good.

The ex-Strictly pro and Hollyoaks actors cringeworthy rendition of Kylie Minogue’s Love At First Sight during auditions at Simon Cowell’s LA home stank the place out.

And Jeremy didnt take too kindly to the judges feedback either, saying, I dont mind criticism. But… he talked for ages and it was negative, negative, negative.

He later tweeted that the show made him look fat and sound out of tune. But Louis insists the judges also including Nicole Scherzinger were right not to send them through to the live shows.

He said: Everyone hates rejection and they always blame somebody else.
Simon confirmed in The Sun that there will be another series. I hope Brendan and Jeremy swallow their pride and try again.

They then enlist the help of Kaya, played by Mirren, to become their surrogate. But while all seems plain sailing at the start, the arrangement ends up being far more complicated than they could have ever imagined.

Itll be great to see Martin in a different kind of drama, but Ill always struggle not to see DS Steve Arnott.
