THE Only Way is Essex bosses are scrambling to find a way to keep Chloe Brockett on the show following her nightclub brawl.

Insiders insist the show “can’t afford to lose her” – but faces backlash if the row with her co-star Ella Rae Wise goes unpunished.

Earlier this month Chloe was accused of throwing an ice bucket at Ella during a furious row – only to miss and hit another woman in the face.

Investigations into the incident remain ongoing, Towie production company Lime Pictures have said.

And now those close to the show believe bosses fear ratings will plummet if Chloe is pulled from the show.

“Towie is desperate to keep Chloe on the show,” a source told HOAR.

“She is one of the main cast members who actually brings storylines.

“It’s fair to say the show just cannot afford to lose her. She’s such a fan favourite and brings so many stories when the other cast members are known to just take the pay cheque and not deliver.”

Lime Pictures declined to comment when contacted by HOAR.

Footage witnesses say Chloe launched the Grey Goose cooler at Ella but it missed and hit the bystander.

A shocking video shows the bleeding woman being held back by other guests including TOWIE co-stars Roman Hackett and Rem Larue.

In the background Chloe, 21, can be seen flailing around as she is pinned down.

The incident broke out in the early hours of Saturday morning in The Perception Bar at W London Hotel.

It’s not the first time Chloe has caused trouble behind the scenes.

We revealed last year that Towie was thrown into chaos as the Sims sisters REFUSED to be in the same room as Chloe after a huge fall-out.

Our insider says there’s tension off-camera as some members of the cast claim Chloe receives “special treatment” from the cast.

“They deal with cast blowouts around her all the time,” the source continued.

“There’s been a long-running issue off the show about her getting preferential treatment and getting away with stuff.

“It’s got to the point where cast members don’t want to film with her one to one.

“She has such a strong fan base, they worry about getting into confrontations with her – particularly the Sims sisters.

“Chloe, Frankie and Demi all completely dodge her because they want to be seen in a favourable light.

“They use the show as a platform and don’t want to be dragged into the drama and having fights with Chloe.

“But Chloe is old school Towie. She brings the drama and what’s going on in her life unfiltered onto the show. A lot of the others aren’t doing that. That’s created a real problem for everyone at Towie.”
