HOAR exclusively revealed the campmate’s gruesome injury yesterday.

In upcoming scenes set to be aired next week, Helen will read a heartfelt message from Janice Dickinson, 68, to her camp mates – who she affectionately dubs her “new BFF’s.”

It comes as news of the American model’s fall in camp is made public.

The I’m A Celebrity stars are told the feisty star tripped over as she walked to the Long Drop during the night.

After seeing the medical team on-site she was taken to hospital as a precaution, with the decision made for her to call time on her second jungle stint.

Helen, who is in the yellow pride team, reads an emotional message from green pride team member Janice, with the contents to be revealed in the upcoming episode.

Meanwhile, opening up on her jungle exit subsequently, Janice told how the “right decision” had been reached.

She broke her silence and said: “I could have been the one to be second runner up or even win this series because I was just so steadfast and physiological with it. I was just waiting and biding my time with it all.

“I did my fair share in standing up, falling down. Getting my face in the dirt. I felt like they could have possibly cleaned my wounds and set me back on my path in there.

“But Production made the right decision in the end to not send me back in. I’m just sad it ended that way.

“I think I could have gone back in and gone on further.”

I’m A Celebrity…South Africa continues Monday at 9pm on ITV1, catch up on the full series on ITVX.
