A Long History
Nigel Farage and Laure Ferrari first met in 2007 when Laure was working as a waitress in Strasbourg. She later became Farage’s parliamentary assistant and PR director of his parliamentary group Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy. Now, she is backing Farage in the jungle and wants to make it clear that she is not hiding and fully supports him.
Mother’s Approval
Barbara Farage, Nigel’s mother, is said to be in her late 80s and approves of Laure Ferrari. She describes Laure as a chic, French lady who is good for her son and loves him dearly. According to Barbara, Laure always pays attention to Nigel and wants to be by his side.
No More Politicians in the Jungle?
Ant and Dec, the hosts of “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here”, have vowed to ban politicians from the show after last year’s appearance by Matt Hancock. During a live video, Dec suggested that there should be no politicians on the show in 2024, which was met with agreement from Ant. They plan to put this motion forward to the show’s producers.
