CAROLINE Flack shared a haunting last Instagram post showing her kissing beloved dog Ruby just hours before her death.

The 40-year-old hadn’t posted since Christmas Eve after being accused of assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton.

She shared a montage of pictures with the pet bulldog on Thursday evening captioned with a love heart.

The former Love Island host was found dead at her new flat in East London just hours later.

Flack hadn’t previously posted since Christmas Eve when she took to Instagram to tell fans the scrutiny she was under “is a lot to take on for one person to take on their own”.

She wrote: “Been advised not to go on social media … but I wanted to say happy Christmas to everyone who has been so incredibly kind to me this year…..

“This kind of scrutiny and speculation is a lot to take on for one person to take on their own…

“Im a human being at the end of the day and Im not going to be silenced when I have a story to tell and a life to keep going with ….

“Im taking some time out to get feeling better and learn some lessons from situations Ive got myself into to.I have nothing but love to give and best wishes for everyone.”

The TV host launched her career appearing on Channel 4 sketch show Bo Selecta before presenting the International Pepsi Chart Show.

The London-born TV starwent on to present Comic Relief Does Fame Academy and Big Brother’s Little Brother.

In 2011, she was signed up to present X Factor spin-off show The Xtra Factor and stepped up to host the main Saturday night show in 2015.

The same year, she began presenting ITV2 show Love Island and became synonymous with the sun-soaked reality dating show.

But she was booted off the show in December last year after being charged with common assault against her boyfriend Lewis Burton.

Flack denied the charges and was due to stand trial at Higbury Corner Magistrates Court next month.
