The Love Island star has battled endometriosis for many years

Molly-Mae, 22, answered questions sent in by her fans about her experience with the painful condition, which causes the womb lining to grow in other places, including the ovaries.

After speaking openly about her diagnosis for the first time last year, she went on to bravely show her surgery scars after going under the knife to help ease the symptoms.

The PrettyLittleThing creative director told her 1.6million YouTube subscribers that at times it was so painful it felt like she had “been hit by a car”.

Molly-Mae detailed of her symptoms: “Mine have definitely worsened over the years, I cannot explain the levels of pain I have experienced.

Molly-Mae Hague looks incredible in dress after admitting sex is ‘excruciating’

“I have actually nearly called myself and ambulance on multiple occasions because of the level of pain that I was in.”

The reality TV star admitted that at times the pain was so bad it would cause her to be “fearful for her life” as she lay in bed at night.

“It got so bad to the point I’d be rolling in bed and I would actually be fearful for my life,” Molly-Mae continued.

“For my body to be going through that much pain, what is it going through? I literally used to lie there and think, ‘Am I going to see tomorrow morning?’

“I genuinely used to be in that much pain that I would be fearful I wouldn’t wake up the next day. It was so, so horrendous.”

The influencer went on to detail how her beau Tommy Fury, who she met on the dating show in 2019, was left clueless on how to help.

“Tommy didn’t even used to know what to do with me, he would be looking at me like, ‘I don’t know what to do’,” she added.

‘Sex is excruciating’

Earlier in the tell-all YouTube video, Molly-Mae revealed how sex with boyfriend Tommy is “excruciating” because of her endometriosis.

Opening up about how the ongoing issue affects her sex life with the boxer, the star revealed: “My two main symptoms have been the excruciating periods and the excruciating sex.

“I will be honest, I do believe the painful sex symptom is what pushed me into getting my problem fixed.

“Not only was I doing it for me and fixing it for me, which is obviously the main reason, I was also trying to do it for Tommy.”

The Love Island star went on to explain that while her surgery has helped with her periods, it has done little to help with her sex life – and she is getting further specialist help for the problem.

Speaking in her latest YouTube video, she said: “In regards to the painful sex, that unfortunately never changed, it is something that is an ongoing issues.

“I had a blood test and MRI scan because I am going to see a specialist in London in regards to that situation.”
