She was joined at a London hotel by Catherine Agbaje and Leah Taylor before they headed to a screening to watch the winning couple scoop the £50k.
Series two OG Kady, who made a shock return to the villa this year, showed off her curves in the gold number as she posed up a storm.
She left little to the imagination in the plunging dress which made the most of her long legs.
Kady was dumped from the villa earlier this month in a surprise double elimination that saw two couples get the boot.
While she left with Ouzy See, Amber Wise and Josh Brocklebank were also sent packing.
Despite going on the ITV show in search of love, Kady has reportedly been dating Liam Greer for more than a year.
He was seen coming and going from her plush Herts home the week before she arrived in the Love Island villa on June 22.
A Love Island source also opened up about the rumours and stated that Kady even had a backstage showdown with producers about her secret lover.
