LOVE Island fans have slammed the show as a ‘fix’ after pointing out that one Islander is getting all the ‘screentime’.

Viewers of the ITV2 programme think that Molly Marsh, 21, has had a lot of air time over the past week.

Love Island fans have claimed the show has turned into “Molly Island”

Mitchel is one of three boys who want to get to know Molly

The musical theatre performer hit our screens last Monday as one of the OG Islanders for this year’s summer series.

Molly has caught the eye of a few of the boys in the villa – Mitchel Taylor, 26, Zachariah Noble, 25, and Sammy Root, 22 – and has played out on our screens a lot over the past week.

Mitchel, who she is currently coupled up with, has said that he is fine with her getting to know the other boys, while 22-year-old Catherine Agbaje‘s man Zachariah made it known that he was interested in Molly by kissing her in a recent challenge.

Sammy, who is with Jess Harding, 22, has also made it clear that he likes Molly and would like to get to know her.

Many have taken to Twitter to say the same thing – that the show has turned into “Molly Island”.

One said: “I really just don’t understand why this is Molly island? Who has she paid to centre this season around her? I can see it’s a fix already. #LoveIsland.”

“My little Ruchee get little screentime,it have turn to Molly island already,” a second tweeted.

A third added: “i’ve seen more molly than i’ve seen catherine this is ridiculous. love island producers fix it by sunday.”

“Why do I feel like I’m on Molly island now??? Producers fix thissssss,” a fourth wrote.

A fifth questioned: “Did molly pay the producers for screentime or sumn?”

A sixth said: “does molly actually have a personality tho bc all this screentime and all she’s done is nod and say she’s not closed off.”

HOAR have contacted ITV for comment.

It comes after Love Island found itself in a new bullying row after fans accused Islanders of picking on Molly.

After Sunday evening’s episode, Molly’s fans took to social media to complain that the 21-year-old is being targeted by her co-stars.

One person wrote: “Nah this is gonna be a good season but it’s gonna get messy and they’re gonna start using the ‘bullying’ word soon. I can just feel it.”

A second person wrote: “The girls being kind to Molly because as Catherine said, the only info shes gotten was from Molly…. Yet twitter are bullying and dragging her. You all need to be better people.”

A third echoed: “Tyrique is nasty – he thinks he’s being funny but its coming across like bullying.”

And a fourth added: “Molly will be crying in a few days (again) saying she feels left out and then the bullying card will come out.”

Tonight an explosive confrontation is set to shake the villa for the most dramatic episode of the series so far.

Jess decides to confront Molly about her kiss with Zachariah after confessing “I don’t trust her as far as I can throw her”.

She adds, in reference to Molly and Zachariah: “She was secretly buzzing at that kiss, I know she was. I really wanna say something…”
