Love Island hit with 62 Ofcom complaints after fans think Siannise said N-word

LOVE Island has been hit by yet more Ofcom complaints after furious viewers were convinced Siannise Fudge used the N-word.

The second race storm of the series kicked off during Friday nights episode when Shaughna Phillips was dumped by Callum.

Viewers complained because they thought they heard Siannise use the N-word

As the girls gathered around to comfort her outraged viewers say they heard Bristolian Siannise in the background telling her to date n*****s after Rebecca Gormley, 21, told her not to date scaffolders any more.

In response the broadcasting regulator received 62 complaints in total about the “offensive language” from unhappy fans.

ITVinsisted Siannise had said: They aint no good.”

They said: Viewers are mistaken.

The girls were comforting Shaughna after she was dumped

“No one said and nor would we broadcast the word in question.

“We strongly refute any suggestion to the contrary.”

Earlier this series Siannise was embroiled in another race row after she called Nas Majeed Aladdin.

She made the comment after the 23-year-old picked to be with her during the first episode, telling Laura Whitmore: Hes lovely. As well, I love Princess Jasmine and he kind of looks like Aladdin.

Nas didnt seem to mind the comparison and replied: Dont even do that to me, Im actually gassed.

Callum chose to couple up with Molly instead

Meanwhile the show has faced a flurry of complaints this series most recently to do with Shaughnas upset while Callum was in Casa Amor.

She was convinced he would leave her and spent her days very upset but her concerns werent unfounded as the scaffolder did ditch her for Molly.
