LOVE Islands Amber Gill has slammed Paige Turley for namedropping her famous ex Lewis Capaldi.

The 22-year-old mentioned the singer in her opening VT for the show and claimed his most famous songs are about her but last years winner Amber is not impressed.

After watching the show with fellow Islander Ovie as part of Just Eats Love Island Insiders, she said: Paige got in that shes Lewis Capaldis ex in seven seconds!

She said its the papers who said the song is about her, but Paige, thats you that has said that, nobody else is saying it!

The Sun previously revealedthe glam Scotcheated on the singer with his best mate, inspiring his biggest hit to date.

And Paige couldnt resist mentioning it as she introduced herself, telling viewers: “One of my ex boyfriends is Lewis Capaldi.

According to the papers his song Some One You Loved was about me.

“Lewis, I’m so sorry I must have been a b***h” to you.”

And on last nights show her fellow Islanders were left gobsmacked as they discovered she used to date him during a game of Spill The Tea.

The hit singer dated the pretty blonde for more than a year after they met in college, but it emerged Paige had a fling with Garry Greig, one of Lewiss closest friends.

Yesterday Lewis broke his silence about Paige being on the show and admitted that although he had no idea she was doing he wished her well.

Speaking on New Zealand show The Edge, Lewis said: “She never told me she was going on it. That would have been a nice heads up.

“But fair play and good luck to her.

“I’ll be f***ing watching it – like go on Paige, come on.

“When she’s on a date with a boy I’ll be like come on kiss him.

“I hope she wins.”

He added: “I’ve known her for years. 18 when we first met, 19 when we started going out, 20 when we finished going out.

“It was a very amicable breakup.”
