LOVE Island’s Demi Jones has revealed unseen snaps of her dramatic  weight loss – confessing she was “scared’” to put them out into the public domain.

These unseen pics come just a day after Demi first highlighted losing three stone – around 40lbs – on Instagram.

Love Island’s Demi Jones shared an unseen weight loss side-by-side in a lengthy Instagram Story

She wrote beneath the side-by-side shot: “I’ve never shown the first picture. I’ve come so far and I don’t recognise her at all.”

Stunning Demi, who starred in the 2020 series of Love Island, said in a video that she was ready to share what she called “proper before and afters”.

The 22-year-old influencer also confessed: “I’ve always been too scared to post these, but I do wanna show how much weight I’ve actually lost.”

“Since coming out of the villa I’ve obviously put a few pounds on, obvious, because of lockdown etc.

Gorgeous Demi has been quite candid about her weight loss journey, despite her fears

She often posts photos of her trimmed-down physique on Instagram

Though she was happy to admit that like many, she’d ‘put on a few pounds’ during lockdown

“But in general I’m literally so proud.”

In the unseen photo, dated July 2018, Demi is pictured pre-weight loss wearing a pair of denim shorts and smiling happily.

Notably slimmer in the second shot, she opts for a poutier pose in a bikini photo dated November 2020.

Demi then went on to explain in an Instagram video how she lost the weight – crediting following Slimming World ideals “not strictly” as part of her everyday life.

Demi also shared that she didn’t follow her eating plan religiously

In her video, she also opened up about getting ready for Love Island

She also opened up about the six weeks before going into Love Island, saying she “went to the gym everyday” and at that point was “unhealthily” maintaining her weight.

Recently, Demi was one of many reality stars to jet off to Dubai – while cold winter temps and lockdown tiers continued to blight the UK.
