BOXING day shoppers have slammed a major retailer after its online shop crashed when its sale went live.
Fans of Lush were left disappointed after they failed to secure their items to checkout this morning.

In response to the launch of Lush’s Boxing Day sale online, angry shoppers vented their frustrations on Facebook.
One online shopper posted on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group and said: “Been on since 9am and can’t get a thing through my basket.
“My husband is now in the line for our local branch with specific instructions on what to get.”
Other also complained that they’d added items to their basket and then got to the online checkout to find that they had disappeared.
Another shopper said: “It’s just pain when you think you’ve got a basket full but when you go to pay it says – oops nothing in basket.”
“It literally took me four attempts to checkout. The website is painful,” said another unhappy shopper.
But some customers weren’t impacted by the glitch and were able to successfully purchase what they were after.
And one happy shopper said: “Just managed to get over £150 worth for half price.”
Another responded directly and said: “There’s still lots available, it’s just that the pages take forever to update.
If you click into the item add and then go back I found that it then adds them into the basket.”
Lush launched its 50% off sale online and in-store today.
The sale has reduced the price of 119 popular items by half.
Customers can get great deals on bath bombs, shower gels, fragrances and more.
We checked Lush’s website to see what was still available but the website showed us that all items were unavailable.
It remains unclear as to whether this is because the items have sold out or if there is still a website glitch which affected customers earlier this morning.
