PUB giant Wetherspoons have put a number of their branches up for sale for the same price as a London flat.
Prospective buyers can snap up the boozers for £450,000, despite them being as much as 32 times the size of similarly-priced homes in the capital.

The Postal Order in Worcester is on the market alongside The North and South Wales Bank in Wrexham
The North and South Wales Bank in Wrexham, Wales and The Postal Order in Worcester, Worcestershire are both up for grabs.
Scaling up the price per square foot ration, the sites would be valued at around £15 million if they were residential properties in Central London.
The Wrexham building is a three storey period stone property with 8,696sq ft of space.
If prospective owners want to keep it as a pub, they’ll be pleased to know it sits on a well-established drinking circuit in the city centre.
The seating area, bar and beer terrace sit on the ground floor.
Upstairs the site boasts a commercial kitchen, plant room and kitchen.
There is also a cellar and stores below ground level, complete with a staff room and office.
Meanwhile, the Worcester Branch is a two-floor setup with 7,347sq ft of space.
It sits on a prominent corner of the city centre, next to an Odeon cinema and Buzz Bingo, as well as being near to Foregate Street station.
Wetherspoons are set to sell off more than 30 of its branches across the UK amid the cost of living crisis.
The pubs up for sale will remain open and trading as under the Wetherspoon brand until they are sold.
The sales are reportedly due to spiralling inflation pushing up bills for staff and product supply.
It comes after the company was warned it could face losses of £30 million earlier this year.
The pub chain saw like-for-like sales drop 1.1% in the five weeks to November 6 when compared with pre-pandemic trading in 2019.
Wetherspoon chairman Tim Martin said the firm remains “cautiously optimistic” despite the cost pressures hammering the hospitality sector.
He said he previously set out “various threats to the hospitality industry and these continue to apply”.
“Those caveats aside, in the absence of further lockdowns or restrictions, the company remains cautiously optimistic about future prospects,” he said.
