Political Indoctrination Ban Violated

Three Cabinet ministers are currently embroiled in a court battle over claims that British schoolchildren are being subjected to indoctrination by woke activists. This practice, deemed illegal under the Education Act, is being challenged by two parents and a math teacher named Kevin Lister.

Legal Action Supported by Bad Law Project

The Bad Law Project, providing backing for the legal action, asserts that gender ideology is a political issue. Mr. Lister, who was dismissed for using incorrect pronouns with a student, is seeking a High Court ruling to address the alleged failure of Education Secretary Gillian Keegan, Women and Equalities Secretary Kemi Badenoch, and Attorney General Victoria Prentis in upholding the law.

Ministers Accused of Ignoring Laws

Gordon Davies, the lead solicitor in the case, emphasized that political indoctrination in schools is prohibited by law and should not be condoned by officials or headteachers. He highlighted the Education Department's inconsistency in acknowledging the contentious nature of gender identity ideology while failing to enforce regulations.

Teacher Speaks Out

Mr. Lister expressed his dismay over being terminated from his teaching position for refusing to misgender a student, stating that schools and trans activist allies are allegedly given free rein to promote gender identity ideology without regard for legal boundaries.
