RISHI Sunak last night vowed to stop leftie activists clogging up the courts with protest cases.
It comes amid fury at Remainer campaigner Jolyon Maugham who tried to use the courts to stop Brexit.

The Brexit hating QC – who once bludgeoned a fox to death while wearing his wife’s kimono – also sued the government for rushing through PPE contracts at the height of Covid.
One Sunak ally branded Mr Maugham “a fatberg stopping stuff from getting done”.
Mr Sunak says he will stop campaigners wasting time and millions of taxpayers’ cash with pointless legal challenges.
He will pass a new law to let judges immediately throw out cases brought to challenge legitimate decisions made by Parliament.
Mr Sunak said: “I have the greatest respect for our judiciary and the rule of law in this country, which is why I want to call time on politically motivated cases being brought before our courts.
“Like millions, in 2016 I voted for our Parliament to take back control.
But it’s increasingly clear an entire lawfare industry is seeking to stand in the way of Parliament and the government delivering change.”
He added: “Repeated vexatious Judicial Reviews by political campaigners are clogging up the courts, costing us a fortune and acting as a drag on the government delivering for the public.
“So if I’m Prime Minister, I’ll call time on campaigners politicising our courts.”
Former Solicitor General Lucy Frazer said the courts are “being abused by campaigners who disagree with policy set by a democratically elected government.”
The supporter of Mr Sunak added: “We need to act on this to stop our stretched courts being overwhelmed by political claims.
“Rishi Sunak’s government will act to get a grip of the increasing burden politically activist lawyers are placing on the judiciary.”
