ABI Webster has been focusing on getting her son Alfie back following Imran Habeeb’s death.
After weeks of working with social worker Wendy Crozier, she tells her husband Kevin she could be ready to come back to Coronation Street.

The mechanic played by Sally Carman was deemed an unfit mother after her drugs relapse and late solicitor Imran sabotaged her image even further.
But since he died following a horrific car crash, Abi has been going above and beyond to prove she can take care of her baby.
This involved a stay in a baby and mother foster facility where she’s been under the supervision of Wendy (Roberta Kerr) for several weeks.
Coming up, however, Abi wanders around the cobbles with Wendy and makes a huge announcement to her estranged husband Kevin Webster (played by Michael Le Vell).
Kevin first sets about tidying the house for her visit, telling his son Jack (Kyran Bowes) he doesn’t have time to help him with his leavers’ presentation speech.
The youngster feels left out but, soon enough, Abi and Alfie arrive at No.13 to visit him and his father Kevin.
Abi jumps on the opportunity to tell Kevin that, if all goes to plan, both her and her son can move back in the following week.
Kevin is overcome with emotion as he knows this means him and Abi will be able to work out through their issues.
Prior to Imran Habeeb’s death, as Abi was getting ready to flee Weatherfield for Costa Rica with her baby, Kevin told her he still loved her and was ready to help her raise Alfie.
The pair have been living apart as Kevin found out Abi had been unfaithful to him with Imran – a one night stand which resulted in Alfie’s birth and a bitter custody war.
However, as time went by, Kevin decided to help Abi live the life she wanted with Alfie as the solicitor plotted against her to keep their baby away from her.
This led to Imran lying in court with private investigator Ben about Abi’s addiction recovery.
Will Kevin and Abi manage to fix their relationship?
Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday on ITV.
