CORONATION Street’s Kevin Webster will be caught in the firing line and questioned by the police after Abi steals and torches Rays car.
The ITV soap is lining up a huge new storyline for Abi Franklin as she discovers sleazy Ray’s true colours and blows up his beloved vehicle.
Corrie fans know that Abi recently grew close to the new bistro owner – sleazy Ray – who managed to trick Michelle Connor into handing the keys over to him before she left.
Meanwhile fans were expecting Abi to succumb to her attraction to Kevin, but the mechanic shocked everyone when she rejected him for a chance to snog Ray.
But when Bethany posts an article online exposing Ray’s creepy ways, Abi is horrified to discover her lover’s true colours.
A furious Abi is quick to plan her sweet revenge, and wastes no time in blowing up Ray’s beloved car.
Spoiler images last month showed Abi looking smug as she watched a flaming vehicle burn to smithereens while wearing a skin-tight green dress and heels – suggesting she’s just come from a night out.
In a further upcoming episode, a furious Ray calls at the garage and tells Abi that hes reported her to the police for stealing and torching his car.
Kevin advises her to invent an alibi so Abi turns to Sally – but will she agree?

Later in the week, DC Holden calls at the garage again and drags Kevin in for further questioning.
When Kevin gets back to the garage he tries to seem positive for Abis sake.
In the Rovers, Sally warns Abi to stop leading Kevin on – but she insists that her feelings for him are genuine.
Later in the week, Abi spends the night with Kevin.
She tries to sneak off in the morning before Jack gets a glimpse of her but Kevin insists its okay.
Sally tells Abi to take things slowly with Kevin and not fall head over heels into a relationship with him.
Later, Ray spots Abi and Kevin looking cosy in the Rovers.
The green-eyed monster delights in announcing that some damning evidence has come to light meaning their days together are numbered.
Will Abi find herself back behind bars or will Kevin come to her rescue?
