SARAH Platt betrays her husband Adam Barlow once again, just as he is about to walk in on her with badboy Damon Hay.
It is no secret to viewers that the two characters have been flirting up a storm with one another behind Sarah’s husband Adam’s back.
Sarah gives into temptation once again
They soon realise they are not alone
Are Damon and Sarah about to be rumbled and their affair exposed?
Ever since bad boy Damon arrived in Weatherfield, married Sarah has found him hard to resist.
From the outset he made it clear his sole intention was to sleep with her and after weeks of wearing her down Sarah eventually fell for Damon’s cheeky charm and into his bed.
Consumed with guilt Sarah has tried to push Damon away.
But tonight’s episode saw things heat up again when Sarah found herself locked in the Bistro with Damon after going to check on him after hearing he’d taken a beating.
Having sent all the staff home due to a broken oven, Damon seized the opportunity and moved in for a kiss.
Swept up in the moment Sarah headed into the office with Damon, but when they hear a key in the lock it’s Nick, Leanne, Dee-Dee and Adam who walk in looking for Damon.
Sarah froze with fear and ran to hide as Damon walked out to distract them.
He told them that they all had to evacuate the Bistro as the engineering company has said it might explode.
But Dee-Dee noticed Sarah’s bag and figured out what was really going on and she hid her bag from Adam’s eyes.
Sarah was able to escape, however, she was tempted to meet Damon once again later the night, as he hinted he we be alone.
Viewers were left reeling from the very close call that Damon and Sarah were about to be rumbled and their affair exposed.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer said: “OMG, Sarah and Damon nearly getting caught.”
Another wrote: “Didn’t take long for Sarah to drop her knickers for Damon again did it imagine going with Damon when you have a man like Adam at home.”
A third penned: “Real classy, Sarah. Copping off with Damon in your brother’s office.”
Another added: “Sarah and Damon playing with fire. Adam will hit the roof when it’s revealed that Sarah cheated on him twice.”
Later in the flat and all dolled up, Sarah lied to Adam about who she was meeting.
But then Dee-Dee turned up at her door confessing she knew she and Damon were together in the Bistro when they walked in.
She told Sarah she can do what she wants, but to not involve her as she cannot continue to lie to her work partner Adam.
A guilt-ridden Sarah then changed her mind about meeting up with Damon and spent the night with her husband instead.
Can the pair stay away from each other or will Sarah give into temptation once again?
