Coronation Street’s Samia Longchambon shares epic 2002 photo with Alan Halsall after he ‘gatecrashed’ her holiday

SAMIA Longchambon has shared the ultimate throwback photo when her Coronation Street co-star Alan Halsall “gatecrashed” her holiday.

The actress, 37, shared the vintage photo of her and Alan posing along a Greek beach in Kefalion.

Samia wrote on Instagram: “Seeing as it’s Thursday.. #tbt @alanhalsall and moi in #kefalonia 2002 when Al and my bro’ gate crashed mine and @samcunninghamshorland girls holiday! Ahhh #goodtimes.”

The mum-of-two is striking a silly pose in the photo while wearing yellow hot pants, a pink and blue bikini top, white bucket hat and dark sunglasses.

Alan – a lifelong friend of Samia and her family – is standing with his arm around her is rocking a white polo t-shirt and black shorts.

Samia had been on holiday with model and actress Sam Cunningham Shorland when her Corrie co-star and brother crashed their holiday.

Samia plays Maria Sutherland on the ITV soap and joined Corrie just two years after Alan who plays Tyronne Dobbs.

The actors played the doom couple who got engaged before Tyrone cheated on her with Fiz Brown.

Many years later Maria tried to make a move on Tyronne after her relationship breakdown with Marcus Dent (Charlie Condou).

Samia admitted it felt weird kissing Alan again after knowing him for so long: “Alan and I have known each other since we were babies. It’s always funny when I have to try and kiss him because he absolutely does not want to go anywhere near me. I’m like a sister to him so it’s just so wrong.”

The soap films six to eight weeks in advance so any changes will not be seen on screen for a while yet.
