It has been weeks since the murder of Keanu Taylor, and Linda Carter is determined to leave it all behind. In an upcoming episode of EastEnders, Linda's mother, Elaine Peacock, takes matters into her own hands to help her daughter. But will her efforts be in vain?

Elaine Peacock is completely unaware of the secret Linda is hiding. Despite this, she tries her best to support her daughter in her struggle. The question remains: how will Linda cope?
Spiraling Out of Control
Linda Carter, portrayed by Kellie Bright, has been struggling with the memory of Keanu Taylor's murder. The Vic landlady has been on a downward spiral and has turned to alcohol to drown her sorrows after stabbing Keanu in the back, ultimately killing him.
A Supportive Network
Following her crime, Linda received help from five other women in Walford who helped dispose of Keanu's body. While she remains on edge, terrified that her secret will be exposed, Linda finds solace in her friendship with Alfie Moon (played by Shane Richie).
Leaving Walford Together
In upcoming scenes, Linda wakes up at The Vic full of regret and confides in her mother Elaine Peacock. Meanwhile, Alfie has a heart-to-heart with Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and decides to take a holiday to celebrate the end of his cancer treatment.
Unexpected Encounter
Linda bumps into Alfie on the Square and apologizes for avoiding him. Alfie reveals that he's leaving the Square for a holiday and invites Linda to go with him. Linda is shocked but seems to have made her decision when Karen Taylor returns to Walford with questions about her son Keanu.
A Mother's Intervention
Elaine catches Linda in the act of packing her suitcase and tries to persuade her to stay. However, Linda is adamant about leaving with Alfie. Later on, Stacey Slater overhears Elaine revealing Linda's departure plans and questions whether she should alert the rest of their group.
A Conversation with Alfie
Elaine herself heads to Alfie's flat for a private conversation. The outcome of their discussion remains unknown. Will Linda really leave the Square?
Trouble Brewing
Linda's behavior catches the attention of Lauren Branning, who notices her secret drinking in The Vic. A recovering alcoholic, Linda tells her mother Elaine that she is determined to give up alcohol. However, Lauren discovers Linda with a hidden bag of wine and offers to take care of Annie, Linda's daughter.
A Heated Argument
Kathy Beale interrupts the tense situation, and Linda tries to hide her wine. However, a massive argument ensues between Kathy and Linda. The argument spills over into the bar, with Ben Mitchell trying to intervene. Will Linda end up revealing everything?
The Ultimate Decision
As Linda considers leaving with Alfie, the question remains: will she leave Karen Taylor without answers?
