EASTENDERS has bagged a Coronation Street legend to team up with Callum – and wreak havoc for Nish.

She’ll be seen in Walford in the role of copper DS Miles who plays a big part in Nish‘s downfall.

EastEnders have signed up Coronation Street star Samantha Seager as a cop

Nish Panesar will be taken down by her character Ds Miles

Corrie’s The Morton Family inlcuded Samantha, pictured second from left, with Rodney Litchfield (Grandad), Jessica Barden (Kayleigh), Michael Starke (Jerry), Emma Edmonson (Mel) and Jonathan Dixon (Darryl)

Callum’s colleague arrests Nish next week in EastEnders, after he’s blamed for a violent attack on Suki.

The new hero officer will be played by actress Samantha Seager – who starred for a year as Jodie Moreton in Coronation Street back in 2007.

Jodie became a cobbles legend when she bedded both Dev and Lloyd.

The seductress was part of The Morton family and ran the kebab shop, and also had a rivalry with Cilla.

Samantha’s new character is far less scandalous and will only appear in EastEnders for a few episodes.

HOAR has contacted EastEnders for comment.

Suki’s lifeless body was found down the stairs in shocking BBC One scenes and girlfriend Eve became convinced Nish had taken things to a vile level.

Coming up next week, Suki’s distraught son Vinny (Shiv Jalota) searches for answers about his mother’s accident, reaching the conclusion that it was an attempt of life.

Nish is horrified by his assumptions and tries to shut them down, but Eve’s fears for Suki’s welfare fuel Vinny’s theory.

Nish is then rattled when DS Miles and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) arrive to speak to Suki and question whether Nish has ever been violent.

Meanwhile, after overhearing Eve worrying about Suki’s safety, Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) fears that Suki is a victim of domestic violence, which brings him back painful memories of his daughter Chantelle Atkins who was killed by her own husband Gray.

Did Nish push Suki down the stairs?
