DENISE FOX is uneasy about her husband Jack Branning’s bond with her daughter Chelsea Fox.
Next week on the BBC soap, Chelsea admits to using Jack and Denise’s washing machine because she can’t afford to fix her broken one.
Jack hides giving Chelsea money from Denise
Chelsea has a confession
So, a concerned Jack offers her some money – without telling his wife and Chelsea’s mum Denise.
Later in the week, Jack tells Chelsea he can’t give her any more money.
When Denise arrives, he suggests Chelsea rents the rooms in her home and Denise is irked by their closeness.
Elsewhere, Amy and Denzel have bunked off of school to be together
and are mortified when Chelsea catches them.
Amy pleads for Chelsea not to tell Jack, who has arrived home early.
Chelsea covers for Amy as Denzel makes a secret exit, but Jack is quick to spot something is awry.
Denzel arrives home to a quizzing from Patrick and he is pushed to admit he has feelings for someone.
Patrick gives him the idea to get Amy a gift – but what? Deciding on phone case with a personal touch, he uses it as an opportunity to tell Amy he’d like to be exclusive.
The pair are then interrupted by Nugget, Lily and Tommy who mock Amy when she reveals she is with Denzel, leaving them both hurt and embarrassed.
Amy and Denzel are both feeling the pressure from their friends about Denzel’s gift and its meaning as Nugget and Lily continue to
mock them.
