PETER Crouch has revealed an unlikely love rival for model wife Abbey Clancy – Coronation Street’s William Roache.
The pair claimed that the soap legend, 91, who has played Ken Barlow since 1960, “perved” on her while they were shopping in Waitrose.

Laughing on their Therapy Crouch podcast, the married couple were talking about the Barbie movie when Crouchy, 42, quipped: “I can be your Ken.”
And Abbey, 37, retorted: “Do you remember Ken Barlow perved on me?
“It’s my claim to fame.”
Peter added: “Ken Barlow checked Ab out in a Waitrose.
“I was in the car and I said, ‘Oh, that’s Ken Barlow there.’
“Then I stayed in the car while Abs just ran in quickly into Waitrose.
“As she ran in, I watched Ken and he just checked her arse out for ages!
“I was about to get out and go, ‘F***ing give it a rest, Ken!’
“Ken Barlow? He’s quite a suave old dude.”
Childhood sweethearts Abbey and Peter married in 2011 and share four children.
Bill Roache has been married twice and his second wife Sara McEwan Mottram passed away in 2009.
His last public relationship was with TV weather presenter Emma Jesson, 36 years his junior.
They split in 2012.
