EMMERDALE fans are predicting a devastating twist for Dan Spencer as he was charged with GBH for assaulting pervert Lloyd.
The mechanic – who is played by actor Liam Fox in the ITV soap – isn’t taking his situation seriously but tonight got a reality check.

Hauled into the station Dan was further questioned before the police told him the CPS had decided to prosecute him.
He was charged with GBH and narrowly made bail to go home
Dan raged about the police failing to find anything on Lloyd’s phone proving he was stalking Amelia.
But he was falling apart with the guilt of what he had done.
“They know I’m lying about the self-defence,” he told Cain after lying to Amelia about being charged with GBH.
“Maybe I deserve it? I hate lying to her, I hate it. And now I’m lying and going to prison.”
Cain told him to pull himself together and to stick to his story.
“Nobody saw anything, you just have to stay away from the hospital, stay away from his wife and stick to your story,” he said.
“Wake up Dan, this is the real world. Everybody’s in it for themselves.
“The coppers couldn’t give a toss – they just want a conviction – that’s their job. Now do your job. He was a sex pest and a creep.
“You defended yourself and he got what was coming to him. Now pull yourself together man, for your daughter’s sake.”
But fans don’t think he will and they are predicting a devastating twist for Dan.
