Hollyoaks actress Claire Cooper has shared the distressing news that her baby daughter had to be rushed to the hospital. The Channel 4 star, 42, and her husband, Irish actor Emmett J Scanlan, 44, introduced their second child, Fiáin-Luna, in November.

Claire posted a heartbreaking photo on Instagram, showing her little girl in the hospital. In the picture, she can be seen cuddling a soft toy bear while resting peacefully in a cot in her hospital ward. In her emotional caption, Claire expressed relief that her "little love" is on the road to recovery and admitted that unexpected challenges can hit hard.

The couple first met while working on the popular soap Hollyoaks, with Claire portraying Jacqui McQueen and Emmett playing businessman Brendan Brady. They tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed their first child, Ocean-Torin, in July 2020.
