THE ladies of the Dales looked worlds away from village life as they donned glamorous ballgowns and faces full of make-up for an outing to a charity ball.

Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle on the ITV programme, took centre stage as she shared a photo of the leading ladies to Twitter.
Mandy’s leopard print was nowhere in sight as Lisa opted for a pink patterend dress for the evening.
Caption the photo, the 46 year old star spoke of her love for her ‘sisters’ as the soap’s biggest names celebrated “girl power”.
Lisa wrote: “Talk about GIRL POWER in one photo!!! Love these sisters to bloody pieces!!!
“Thank you @_onjenu for my beautiful dress for the CHARITY BALL!!! @emmerdale we have laughed a lot this weekend!!!” [sic].
Alongside Lisa, Karen Blick (Lydia Dingle) looked worlds away from her role as Kim Tate’s cleaner as she beamed whilst holding a glass of champagne in a long animal-print dress.
Representing the younger faces of the Dales, Rosie Bentham (Gabby Thomas) and Daisy Campbell (Amelia Spencer), 19, could not hide their smiles.
Rosie, 21, opted for a long green gown and a pair of strappy golden heels.
Nicola Wheeler, 49, also looked exceptional as she shimmered in a golden gown as Olivia Bromley, Samantha Giles, Susan Cookson and Jessie Elland cuddled up to one another.
Rounding out the jaw-dropping cast photo was Natalie Ann Jamieson, famed for her role as Amy Wyatt.
One actress who was notably missing among the soap’s most famous female faces was Claire King – currently at the heart of the drama at Home Farm on the show.
Emmerdale fans sent a series of gushing compliments to the glam stars as they enjoyed their rare evening out with one another.
