Who is Tomato Sauce on The Masked Dancer?
Tomato Sauce is just one of 12 characters who are competed for The Masked Dancer crown.
Unfortunately they didn’t manage to get to the final and their identity was revealed.
Tomato Sauce has now been revealed to be TV presenter Steph McGovern.
What other characters are on The Masked Dancer?
Tomato Sauce was joined by multiple other bizarre characters in the dancing competition.
The first ever duo, Pillar and Post, also took to the stage to show off their moves.
All the characters competing against Tomato Sauce were:

- Cactus
- Candlestick
- Odd Socks
- Onomatopoeia
- Pearly King
- Pig
- Pillar and Post
- Prawn Cocktail
- Scissors
- Sea Slug
Who are The Masked Dancer judges?
The judges returned to try and figure out who is behind the mask, but with a slight change.
Strictly favourite Oti Mabuse, was back on the judging panel alongside chat show host Jonathan Ross and and TV presenter Davina McCall.
They took their seats again alongside a new famous face.
Former football star Peter Crouch took over from Mo Gilligan, who was unable to return due to other commitments.
Returning as host of The Masked Singer spin-off show was Joel Dommett.
The judges try and work out who the celebrity in the costumes are, with a character being revealed at the end of each episode.
This will continue until the final character is unmasked as the winner of series two.
When does The Masked Dancer 2022 start?
The Masked Dancer returned to our screens on Saturday, September 3, 2022.
It airs at 6.30pm and then run on consecutive Saturdays at the same time.
It will be available to watch on ITV and ITV Hub.
Season two will see a new dancer unmasked as the champion after Louis Smith won series one.
