I’M A CELEBRITY fans will watch Matt Hancock attempting to eat a camel’s penis during his third Bushtucker Trial tonight.
The former health secretary, 44, who earned 11 stars for camp during his underwater challenge yesterday, was invited to dine at La Cucaracha Cafe alongside singer Boy George.
Matt, who was voted for by the public alongside the Culture Club singer, also chowed down on a cow’s anus among other delicacies as part of the stomach-churning challenge.
Meanwhile Boy George, 61, was tasked with eating six fermented plums along with vomit fruit during the trial which had been modified because he is vegetarian.
An insider said: “Matt and George were comedy gold as they scoffed the gruesome jungle offerings to win stars for camp.
“Ant and Dec were also in their element as they introduced the nether regions of various animals to Matt.”
They added: “Viewers won’t be able to switch off as they see the unlikely pair sick to their stomach to feed their fellow celebrities.”
It came after the actress, who is famous for playing Eileen Grimshaw on the Cobbles, was excluded from the eating trial.
Sue has Type 2 Diabetes, which is when the body becomes resistant to the effects of insulin, and viewers recently spotted what is believed to be a glucose monitoring sensor on her arm.
Insulin is a hormone that is released by the pancreas to regulate blood sugar levels.
If there is not enough insulin being produced, or the insulin your body makes does not work properly, blood sugar levels rise.
In 2011 Sue was taken to hospital after collapsing on the Corrie set.
A source told HOAR at the time: “Sue was looking pretty off at around 9am just as we were getting things ready for filming.
“Then all of a sudden she just seemed to collapse and everyone was panicking.”The on-site medics were called and they were very quick to get to her.”
