I’M A Celebrity star Fatima Whitbread made a massive blunder that cost her a place in the final two, say fans.
The sportswoman, 62, was tasked with counting to six minutes in her head while having creepy crawlies all over her.
Competing against finalists Myleene Klass and Jordan Banjo, Fatima was last to call out the six-minute mark.
Jordan was closest at six minutes and 34 seconds, with Myleene following behind at 11mins 28 seconds.
But it was Fatima who had viewers in hysterics when she failed to press the buzzer until 15 minutes and 10 seconds.
Some were convinced she hadn’t understood the Bushtucker Challenge.
She was even seen counting AFTER the buzzer – while the crew were taking her helmet off.
Fatima got to 70 seconds before shouting: “Pressed it.”
A fan claimed: “Fatima counting 100 seconds in a minute.”
One fan said: “Is Fatima counting Mississippi or what lol.”
Another added: “They should’ve asked Fatima how many seconds are in a minute. I don’t think she knows.”
Someone else said: “Fatima would still be there now whilst everyone has flown home. So competitive.”
As she came last in the trial, Fatima was booted out of the competition.
Fatima was disappointed about coming third – the same position she finished in 2011.
Speaking after leaving the show, Fatima said: “That’s a bit of a downer really because I felt like I could have gone on to a fantastic final.
“All credit due to Myleene and of course Jordan. I’ve still got that tiny little bit of competitive Whitbread in me.”
