MONTHS of lies unravelled in the Dales after Caleb Milligan was exposed during an explosive wedding showdown.
All hell breaks loose in Emmerdale next week after a mystery assailant attacks him and the police find their main suspect.
Caleb is left in a coma next week
Police run an investigation to find out who pushed him over a ravine
And they soon find a suspect
Who tried to kill Caleb Milligan?
The mystery haunts the eponymous ITV village next week as the schemer portrayed by Will Ash is left in a coma after being pushed over a ravine.
Many suspects are listed and include Caleb’s half-brother Cain as well as his love interest Leyla Harding, Will Taylor and Mackenzie Boyd.
Coming up, Chas and Cain Dingle (respectively played by Lucy Pargeter and Jeff Hordley) watch over Caleb in hospital.
Chas is suspicious of Cain when two detectives, DS Raveley and DC Croft, arrive to question him.
Meanwhile, Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) is worried over Mackenzie Boyd’s (Lawrence Robb) involvement.
Elsewhere, Will Taylor’s (Dean Andrews) strange behaviour fuels Gabby and Kim’s suspicions.
Just as they’re leaving for the airport for their trip away, DS Raveley arrives to question a panicked Will.
Although Will is relieved when Kim Tate (Claire King) and Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) corroborate his alibi, once the detective’s gone, Kim demands the truth behind Will’s shifty behaviour.
However, Leyla Harding’s (Roxy Shahidi) alibi is also rather fragile whilst Mack tries to play dumb when he is questioned.
When his alibi doesn’t add up, and with Chloe failing to corroborate his story, the police arrest him.
At the Police Station, the detectives continue to grill Mack and aware things are looking damning, he begins to panic.
His soon-to-be ex-wife Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) worries for him when Chloe begins to lose faith in his innocence.
When his alibi doesn’t add up and Chloe is unable to corroborate his story, the police arrest gim.
But is Mack really to blame?
While Mack could be in trouble, David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) urges Leyla to tell the truth.
Could the police be making a mistake?
Is Leyla the culprit?
Emmerdale airs weeknights from 7.30pm on ITV.
