LOVE Island fans were left stunned by Laura Anderson’s appearance on Tuesday after she reunited with a couple of her former co-stars.
Laura, 31, looks super glam and rather different in the picture of her posted on Jack Fincham’s Instagram profile.
Many of Jack’s 2.1 million followers took to the comments section and claimed the former flight attendant looked “unrecognisable”.
One person wrote: “wow laura doesn’t even look like laura,” while another asked: “Wtf happened to Laura’s face.”
A third person commented: “I did not realise that was Laura!!!! 
” and a fourth said: “I didn’t even recognise her.”
Another claimed the reality star had undergone cosmetic procedures as they added: “I don’t even recognise Laura since her surgery. Shame she was so pretty and didn’t need to change her appearance at all.” (sic)
However, others were quick to compliment “beautiful” Laura who was dressed in a sexy satin blouse and a matching skirt as she grinned alongside Jack and their fellow Islander Dr Alex George.
The trio were filming for a new project outside a grand mansion, which is likely to be in relation to the new show spin-off, Love Island: Where Are They Now?
Last year Laura hit back at claims that she had had cosmetic surgery, and revealed she had simply treated herself to a “face peel”.
Slamming her follower’s comments, she wrote: “Guys please stop commenting on my face, I got a face peel which is all I’ve been talking about on my story.
“My face swelled up, a girl still has to work.”
She added: “I’ve not got surgery or whatever else people have been messaging me. You can see from my story today it’s back to normal. Let’s talk about something else.”
However, she did confirm she had her breast implants removed last year with a revealing social media post.
In November, Laura shared pictures of her painful-looking breast scar as she opened up about her regrets over having a boob job.
The star posed in just her underwear before telling her 1.5million followers to only swipe right if they are not “faint-hearted”, with the second photo showing a huge scar the Love Island beauty received from the surgery.
Laura found fame on the fourth series of Love Island in 2018 where she finished as runner-up with Paul Knops.
