THE Love Island favourite Amber Davies will be taking home a huge sum after landing a spot on the ice.

It was recently revealed that Amber has swapped the West End stage for the ice rink, in a bid to be the first Love Islander to take home the Dancing on Ice crown.

Now, a source close to Amber has stated just how much she will be getting paid for the gig.

They said: “Amber is being paid a very good fee of £60k for the show – it’s not more than three months work so well worth it.

“She’s so pleased to be on the show as she first auditioned back in 2018, alongside her then-boyfriend Kem Cetinay.

“She was upset she didn’t get on then, so when they came to her with an offer this year she jumped at the chance.

“She loves the show as a fan, and loves being on it.”

Amber currently plays the role of Vivian Ward in Pretty Woman: The Musical UK and prior to landing on our screens in 2017, she identified herself as a dancer.

This won’t be Amber’s first eye-watering TV payday.

When starring on the beloved ITV dating contest, Amber and Kem were crowned winners of the series and opted to share the £50k prize money.

She also landed a £500k deal to be the face of fashion brand Motel Rocks after rising to fame on the show.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Amber is one of the 12 celebrities taking part in Dancing On Ice.

Speaking about doing the show, Amber said: “I didn’t think an opportunity like this would present itself, especially because I haven’t been on telly for so many years.

“I thought that ship had sailed. But when the producers pulled me in for a meeting, they solely recognised me as a musical theatre performer.

“And for me, I was like, ‘Oh, that’s so lovely.’ I don’t feel like opportunities like this come around often, at my age, to learn a brand new skill from scratch.”

ITV has been contacted for comment.
