A DANCING On Ice couple have received a major blow ahead of the final after a body language expert claimed they could face the exit – despite their incredible chemistry.

Miles Nazaire, 28, and Vanessa Bauer, 27, who sparked romance rumours throughout the series, were previously seen as the show front-runners.

A body language expert has recently analysed the pair and spoke about their position in the competition.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Roulette, Darren Stanton said: “Miles and Vanessa have been a very strong pairing throughout the competition.

“Their chemistry has been infectious since they were first partnered up and it never seems to fade whatever comes their way.

“However, I do think they are slipping behind slightly. I can no longer see them being in the final, as I do believe Greg and Vanessa are a stronger couple at this point.”

Greg Rutherford, a retired athlete, is paired with professional skater Vanessa James. He nearly quit the show due to a severe injury that almost broke his hip but has since recovered and continued to compete.

Darren added: “Although Miles and Vanessa are doing everything they can, they are now reaching their abilities and they would have to do something unexpected and incredible to make it through to the final.”

Miles and Vanessa recently sparked a favouritism row after fans claimed that the judges were overmarking them every week.

Several viewers took to social media saying that she always gets paired up with a young athletic man, which gives her a higher chance of making it to the final.

Many also pointed out that Made in Chelsea star Miles barely skated solo, and were of the opinion that he clung to Vanessa for the majority of the performance.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one user said: “No way was Miles’ skate a 9. There was not enough solo skating or variety in that. But this is why he will win.”

Whilst another added: “Why do they keep overmarking Miles and Vanessa? That was worth a 7 at best?”
