DANCING on ice hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield made a VERY embarrassing gaffe on the live finale – but did you spot it?
Finalists Regan Gascoigne and Brendan Cole made a return to the show not once, but twice – at the same time.
Holly and Phil introduced Regan and Brendan onto the ice as they stood with the audience behind them.
The awkward bit was that Brendan and Regan were sat behind the hosts – and ended up clapping themselves.
A pre-recorded clip during the live finale was then played out showing Regan and Brendan in costume out on the ice.
But Holly and Phil failed to tell the audience it had been recorded earlier in the day.
One viewer who noticed the blunder said: “HOWLING at Regan and Brendan being sat behind Holly and Phil in clear view then them pretending they’re coming out on to the ice now.
Another added: “I cant stop laughing! @dancingonice just had Holly and Phil stand infront of @BrendanCole and Regan introducing Brendan and Regan onto the ice rink and they both had to look in the direction and clap knowing full well they can’t be in 2 places at once! HOWLING.”
Someone else said: “That was odd. Announcing Brendan Cole and Gascoigne onto the rink, but they were both sitting behind Holly and Phil and yet skating onto the rink at the same time!”
“Fire whoever placed Brendan and Reagan right behind Holly and Phil for the competition section, epic fail,” said another.
A viewer added: “The magic of live shows, Brendan & Reegan in two places at once.”
