HOLLY Willoughby has shared an adorable post celebrating her beloved lookalike mum for mother’s day.

The Dancing On Ice host – who herself is a mum of three – shared a sweet selfie of her and her mum, Linda, posing together.

The mother-daughter duo have a very close bond

Both in pretty summer dresses while posing in a garden, 76-year-old Linda looked stunningly youthful as she beamed alongside her daughter.

Holly wrote alongside the Instagram post: “You’re not just my mum, you’re my inspiration and guiding star.

“Thank you for your love and guidance… Happy Mother’s Day mamma… Shine bright.”

The Mother’s Day celebration post is a little more simple this year – as last year the pair, alongside Holly’s daughter, Belle, all got matching ear piercings.

The message comes just ahead of a big day for Holly, with the Dancing On Ice finale airs tonight.

It’s marks the end of Holly’s first major presenting gig since splitting from her long-time co-star, Phillip Schofield.

Stephen Mulhern – whom Holly first worked with on kids TV show Ministry of Mayhem – has taken over her sidekick slot.

It’s not known if Holly will return for future series, however sources have said she’s been offered ‘big money’ to stay.

After the finale, Holly, 43, won’t have a contract with ITV for the first time in 20 years, which is thought to have left bosses scrambling to keep her.

She’s already dipped her toe in projects for the BBC – including last year’s Freeze The Fear, an endurance gameshow.
