I’M A Celebrity fans have pointed out one all-important item on the show has gone missing this year – the shower scenes.
Producers are usually very keen to air the moments stars go for a wash, with some ranking among the series’ most iconic moments.
Myleene Klass made the jungle waterfall her own and stars including AJ Pritchard and Jessica Plummer often popped in and out of the castle’s bath.
But this series not a single celeb has even been seen in the bathroom – bar the moment they looked around their new lodgings.
It led to some fans to speculate that stars were being treated to a wash after the trials, during which they are gunged with fish guts or overrun with creepy-crawlies.
One viewer wrote: “I jus wanna know how they look so pristine coming back from these trials? there must be a secret shower we don’t know about.”
Another said: “Why are they coming back from trials clean 
.
“In Australia they are expected to walk through the bush full of all sorts but when here I bet they get a hot shower.”
A third tweeted: “How come all the lads came back clean after the trial? Are they allowed shower & get changed somewhere on the way?”
A spokesperson for I’m A Celebrity declined to comment.
Last year, ex-EastEnder Jessica revealed she had a clever trick to avoid being seen on TV in the I’m A Celeb shower – she simply stripped naked.
The actress, 29, said: “Just get naked and have your shower and don’t worry, they cannot show it.

“Every time I went in the shower I just took off all my clothes. When you’re cold and you’ve got a swimming costume clinging on to you, it makes you feel colder.
“So I was like, ‘Sod this, they’re not going to put my naked bottom on the show, I’m just going to take it all off’.
“And then the cameras just went ‘zoom’ and they then turned away and I was like, ‘Perfect. Every time!’”
