I’M A Celebrity fans were left in fits of giggles as Owen Warner made a candid confession about Matt Hancock.
The Hollyoaks actor, 23, has already left fans in hysterics when he admitted he didn’t know who Mike Tindall’s wife Zara Phillips was – despite her being a royal.
Now the loveable TV star has confessed he’s unaware of the controversy surrounding the Member of Parliament for West Suffolk, too.
It came after Owen chatted to Babatunde Aleshe, 34, who told him he was finding it hard to put his feelings about Matt, 44, – who was sacked from his Secretary of State role during the coronavirus pandemic after HOAR exposed him for breaking his own lockdown rules by having an office affair.
Matt caused huge controversy by landing a bumper deal as a late jungle entry, losing the Conservative Party whip in the process.
Babatunde told Owen: “I’m finding it hard to put my feelings to one side.”
He added: “We have got to be welcoming and treat people as humans obviously.”
Later, speaking to the Jungle Telegraph, Owen said: “I don’t fully understand the mistakes he [Matt] has made to be honest.
“I don’t follow politics.
“But yeah I’m up for just judging him in here.”
Fans flocked to Twitter to share their hilarity, with frmer Love Island star Shaughna Phillips writing: “If there’s one thing you can bet, Owen doesn’t have a clue who Matt Hancock is 
#ImACeleb.”
A second put: “Owen having literally no clue Matt Hancock is #ImACeleb,” as a third laughed: “bless Owen he has no idea who Matt Hancock is stay innocent love.”
One then wrote: “The fact that Owen doesn’t understand what Matt Hancock’s supposedly done. That’s half the f**king problem. People don’t care enough to understand why it’s such an outrage he’s there.”

Meanwhile, it wasn’t the best jungle start for Matt, who tripped on the I’m A Celeb bridge before even entering camp.
