But Kady, 27, tagged Ouzy, 28, in the photo on her Instagram Story, and they looked closer than ever holding hands.
She captioned it: “Thank you for all your love and support.”
Ouzy re-posted Kady’s photo onto his Instagram Story, and also uploaded a separate post on his grid.
He shared his Love Island promo photo and captioned it: “Wow what an unbelievable experience.
“Thanks to everyone who supported me it means the world, I was so out of my comfort zone but there’s nothing I would change, excited for the next chapter .”
Despite going on the ITV show in search of love, Kady, 27, has reportedly been dating Liam Greer for more than a year.
He was seen coming and going from her plush Herts home the week before she arrived in the Love Island villa on June 22.
A Love Island source also recently opened up about the rumours and stated that Kady even had a backstage showdown with producers about her secret lover.
Love Island: Aftersun host Sam Thompson also called out the influencer – bluntly replying “no, oh please, you know” when host Maya Jama asked him if he could see her with bombshell Ouzy on the outside world.
He then heaped huge shade on the star as he spoke of her chat with her man.
Made in Chelsea alumni Sam said: “Do you know what we have watched her in the three episodes say ‘do you know what, I can see myself liking you’ but that was three episodes ago!
“You are not changing.”
Previously, ITV2 viewers spotted a ‘clue’ that they said allegedly confirmed Kady had a secret boyfriend.
It came after Kady was spotted locking lips with Casa Amor bombshell Ouzy.
One pointed out the hint on Twitter, stating: “Kady’s kissing like she has a man at home.”
Another agreed: “There was enough space between Kady and Ouzy to fit Kady’s alleged boyfriend.”
HOAR first revealed that Kady had enjoyed a farewell dinner with her secret boyfriend the night before she jetted to Mallorca.
The brunette bombshell sensationally returned to the hit dating show after finding fame in the 2016 series.
HOAR on Sunday then revealed the identity of the man she’s been going out with for more than a year.
In February 2022, Kady and Liam, 30, enjoyed a romantic Valentine’s getaway at London’s 5-star Bvlgari Hotel.
At the time he was under police investigation.
Cops found more than £300,000 had been sent to his bank account within a week from various different people who specialist detectives are still trying to trace.
Police believed he was living at Kady’s renovated Hertfordshire bungalow and searched it as part of their investigation.
Despite this, the couple jetted off for a lavish break in the Maldives the following month – March 2022 – and then they were pictured together on holiday in Ibiza in September.
Greer was later charged with acquiring criminal property and admitted laundering £359,700 on April 20 this year when he appeared at Harrow Crown Court.
When HOAR on Sunday approached Liam last week and asked him about Kady, he said: “I’ve got nothing to say about that.”
