Josh Brocklebank Confesses to Going Back to Day Job

Love Island contestant Josh Brocklebank has revealed that he has returned to his normal job as a financial advisor just months after leaving the villa. Despite his short stint on the popular dating show, Josh admits that he had to follow "strict rules" set by his bosses due to his newfound fame.

Sticking to Strict Surveillance

Josh opened up about his return to work while attending the National Social Media Awards with his co-star Mitchel Taylor. He mentioned that he had to monitor his TikTok and online activities, with limited freedom to pursue other ventures. Despite this, Josh remains positive and is determined to stick to the rules set by his employers.

Considering a Return to Love Island

Although back at his day job, Josh hinted that he may consider returning to Love Island in the future. With an upcoming All Star edition of the show set to take place in South Africa, hosted by Maya Jama, he revealed that there have been conversations about a potential comeback. Josh was eliminated from this summer's edition of the show after failing to find a connection with his partner.

Failed Attempts at Wooing Previous Contestants

Josh admitted that he had tried to pursue other Love Island contestants from previous seasons but without success. He mentioned messaging Lydia from season 9, but despite her initial interest, plans for a date fell through. Josh did not disclose any other names of contestants he had been in contact with.
