Love Island star Keanan Brand, who shot to fame on the ITV2 show earlier this year, has revealed his 'normal job' six months after appearing on the winter series. While he spends most of his time on the rugby league pitch, Keanan has recently swapped his boots for some clippers and is training to become a barber.
A Fresh Start in the Hair Salon
Keanan recently showcased his barber skills in a reposted Instagram video, where he was seen working his magic on a mannequin's head. His teacher, Sean The Barber, praised his progress, calling it "smashing it with the training" and adding a fire emoji for emphasis.
A Love Island Journey
During his time on Love Island, Keanan entered the villa as a bombshell on day 39. He went on a date with Samie Elishi and Jessie Wynter but ended up coupling up with Claudia Fogharty after the girls showed more interest in their current partners. However, their journey on the show was short-lived as they landed in the bottom four couples with the least votes and were sent home by Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda.
A New Romance
Months after the show ended, it was revealed that Keanan and his fellow Love Island contestant Rosie Seabrook had started dating. The pair, who had a connection from the start, enjoyed a cozy dinner date in April. An insider shared, "Rosie and Keanan get on so well and are looking forward to exploring their feelings further. They finally went on a proper date and had a great time. The sparks were flying and they have already arranged to see each other again."
However, in recent months, there has been no further update on their budding romance.
