Love Island’s Jamie Jewitt reveals he’s put on four stone since being on the show as he reveals ‘dad bod’

LOVE Island’s Jamie Jewitt has proudly packed on the pounds since appearing on the reality dating series.

Jamie, 30, took to Instagram to show off his ‘dad bod’ and to let fans know he has gained four stone since he starred on the ITV series in 2017.

Now weighing in at 16.5 stones, Jamie has decided to scale back a bit and is undergoing a health overhaul.

He admitted he does not want to be as skinny as he was on Love Island but he was “not happy” that he had put on so much weight.

Alongside a photo of himself on Love Island, Jamie revealed: “For those asking. During Love Island I was 80kg. 4 stone and 25kg lighter than I am now.

“I don’t want to be that thin again as I personally feel better a little heavier.”

Jamie has since the ‘Dad Bod Diaries’ a daily update of his weight loss journey.

The dad-of-one plans to regularly post his meals, exercise routine and how he’s feeling after becoming a YFood ambassador.

It’s not the only big life change Jamie has undergone in 2020/

He became a dad for the first time with Love Island girlfriend, Camilla Thurlow.

Even though he was skinnier on Love Island, Jamie does not want to be that skinny again

The celebrity pair welcomed daughter Nell in October.

Jamie admitted he was “loving the parent life” as he doted on his daughter.

A week after her birth, proud new dad Jamie also shared pictures of his newborn and wrote: “After all of life’s ups and downs I can honestly say this morning brought on a monumental change of perspective.

“From this day forward I promise to be the very best version of myself for you and your mum and do my best to give you both everything you could possibly ask for.”

The new dad likes having a bit more meat on him than he did during his reality days

Jamie met his partner Camilla on Love Island in 2017.

Taking to Instagram before Nell’s birth, Camilla revealed her due date had been and gone with no sign of her baby.

Sharing a snap of her bump in a clinging black dress, Camilla wrote: “I do have a habit of overcooking things and it looks like this little bun is no different!

“Happy to have an extra few days to relax now though, after spending some quiet time offline getting organised.

They welcomed their first daughter, Nell, in October

“Now it’s just about relaxing, keeping up with the laundry and restocking the snack cupboard each time @jamiejewitt_ eats all the hospital bag snacks (and then secretly restocking it again when I eat them all ) #40weeks.”
