LOVE Island’s Maura Higgins guzzled 24 chicken nuggets from McDonalds after showing off her unbelievable abs.
The reality star, 29, has been working hard over the past eight weeks to get herself into shape and yesterday shared a snap of her impressive cheat day feast with her 2.8m followers on Instagram.
After eight weeks of determination and dedication to getting fitter, Maura treated herself to 24 chicken nuggets, a large fries, a McChicken sandwich and a cheese burger.
It comes after Maura shared a snap of her rock-hard abs and amazing physique after smashing a 20-minute workout before going to bed on Thursday night.
The Love Island star revealed the efforts of her fitness overhaul by posing in a grey top – which she pulled up – and a red, lacy thong.
Sharing the snap to her Instagram Stories, Maura wrote: “20 mins abs before bed. They are burning.”
The 29-year-old also vowed to give followers exercise tips, promising to release some workout clips soon.
“To everyone who has asked… I will get some workout videos up soon I hope!” the Ann Summers model said.
Maura recently revealed she’s been working hard on sculpting her figure with seven weeks of training since the start of lockdown.
Filming her body in a mirror at home, Maura showed off her visible abs and toned thighs, telling fans: “Going into week 7. Hard work is paying off!!”
Later, she suggested focusing her account on health and fitness, but warned fans: “By no means am I qualified with fitness, but what I have been doing is 100 per cent working for me.
“And thank you all so much for all your amazing comments on my progress. It means a lot. So I’ll (put it to vote) here anyway and let me know.”
Maura recently became the latest reality star millionaire after securing a mega money deal with Ann Summers.
And the model’s fortune is set to increase following the decision to axe the upcoming summer series as no new Islanders will take over her mantle as the series’ most in demand star.
HOAR revealed the former grid girl bagged £500,000 from both clothing brand Boohoo and lingerie giant Ann Summers, where she is the face of their new swimwear range, plus £250k from tan company Bellamianta and another £150k for appearance on ITV series Dancing on Ice earlier this year.
The Irish beauty recently revealed she’s currently single and that she would return to Love Island to find a man – after denying she hooked up with Alex Demetriou on Dancing On Ice.
Maura competed in the ice competition earlier this year and following their stint as partners HOAR revealed Alex had split from his wife Carlotta.
The stunner replied during a Q&A on Instagram: “Well, to be honest, I need a man. So maybe I’ll go back in next year, you never know.”
