MOLLY-Mae Hague is using a £2,000 Louis Vuitton vanity case she was gifted by boyfriend Tommy Fury as a “bed” for her stuffed animal.

Elephant teddy Ellie Belly is almost as famous as its 21-year-old owner after Molly took him into the Love Island villa with her last year.

Molly has found a novel use for the expensive gift

And it appears that Ellie Belly is now reaping the benefits of Molly’s huge success since leaving the show.

Earlier this week, the influencer gushed over Tommy after he surprised her with the designer toiletry bag that she’d been lusting over.

It was a treat to congratulate her for her new collection with fashion brand PrettyLittleThing, and the same vanity case retails for £1,910 on the designer’s official website.

Taking to her Instagram Story last night, Molly shared a video of herself opening the case to reveal Ellie Belly tucked inside.

She captioned the clip: “Ok, decided I’m using this wash bag as a bed for Ellie Belly instead xx”.

On Tuesday, Molly shared a photo of the bag surrounded by the designer packaging.

The pricey make-up organiser is trimmed in cowhide leather with polished golden hardware – including a padlock and engraved zip pulls.

It is covered in the brand’s signature Monogram canvas and comes complete with a removable strap.

Tommy bought the expensive bag as a gift for Molly

She wrote at the time: “Told me he was going training and came hom with this.

“Wanted this toiletries’ bag for soooo long.

“What did I do to deserve you boy.”

The snap also shows a handwritten note from Tommy to his girlfriend.

There was even a handwritten note

It read: “To my girl, I love you so much. I’m so proud of you. Always and forever, Tommy xxx”.

Over on his own Instagram page, Tommy revealed that he’d wanted to treat Molly to a swanky meal out to congratulate her on her new collection – but she only fancied restaurant chain TGI Friday’s.

Sharing a post of the influencer dressed casually in an oversized hoodie, he wrote: “Tried to take her out for a nice meal but she just wanted TGI’s.”

He also posted a gushing tribute to his girlfriend, sharing one of her Instagram posts about the new PLT range as he wrote: “So proud of my girl and how far she’s come accomplishing her dreams.

“Everybody go check out the new edit.

“Love you baby.”

Molly and Tommy met on last summer’s series of Love Island, and are the only couple who are still together.
