Longtime Host Sally Nugent is Back on the Red Sofa

After a break from presenting BBC Breakfast for another work commitment, journalist and presenter Sally Nugent has made her triumphant return to the flagship breakfast show. Nugent, 52, had a scheduled leave of absence after being asked to participate in the Christmas Special of Strictly Come Dancing. She temporarily left the programme to film the primetime show at Elstree Studios and also had to train for it as BBC Breakfast is filmed in Media City near Manchester.
