Who is Ruchee Gurung?
Ruchee Gurung is a 24-year-old beautician who is appearing on Love Island 2023.
Speaking to ITV before going into the villa she said: “I’m single and looking for love, and it’s the perfect opportunity for me to find someone.
“I’m a relationship kind of girl, but so far it’s not worked out for me. So I’m looking forward to hopefully finding the right person in the Villa.”
She added: “I’m really caring, when I’m with someone I’m all about them.
“I’m also really loyal and love doing nice things for the people that are special to me. My love language is gift giving, so I’m a real giver when it comes to relationships.”
Warning to the lads about to join her in the iconic villa, the stunner is looking for someone ambitious with a sense of style.
When asked about icks, she said to ITV: “Guys with no ambition. I also get the ick if I see a guy wearing white jeans and red trainers.
“Another one is super skinny jeans when they look like leggings. Fashion is such an important thing for me. If I go on a date and the guy isn’t wearing something I like, I’m going home.”
The glamorous beautician has shared on her Instagram that she is off to find love in the villa.

When does Love Island 2023 start?
Love Island will kick off on Monday, June 5, 2022, on ITV2 and ITVX at 9 pm.
It will continue at the same time every Sunday to Friday, which each episode lasting around an hour.
Saturday nights will see a highlights show broadcast to catch up on the week and show some unseen antics from the week before.
