THE new series of Love Island is in full swing, with another week of shock dumpings and steaming summer romance.

Two more unlucky islanders have been dumped from the famous ITV villa, with the latest exit leaving viewers – and those taking part in the show – shocked.

This year’s series of Love Island saw French hunk Mehdi say goodbye to the famous villa

Who left Love Island 2023 last night?

Following the brutal dumping of fan favourite Molly, it was time for another Love Island-er to be sent home on Tuesday, June 27.

As the public cast their vote, two more stars were sent packing, leaving their partners single.

Mehdi and Mal were dumped from the villa in a shock twist.

The French hunk was forced to say goodbye to Whitney and bombshell Mal left behind a gutted Sammy.

The news was a huge shock to the Islanders, who are still coming to terms with Molly Marsh’s shock exit.

Prior to Molly‘s dumping, former star Kady McDermott made her long-awaited return.

The star, who first appeared in the second series of Love Island back in 2016, where she was coupled up with Scott Thomas, had been rumoured to be coming back to the series.

Her return is similar to that of Adam Collard, who made a comeback to the dating show last year, following his first appearance in series four.

Kady re-entered the villa while the girls were away on a spa day, and sparked the interest of some of the boys.

Later, she received a text that instructed her to stand in front of the boys at the firepit and choose which boy she wanted to couple up with,

She picked basketball player Zach Noble, leaving Molly Marsh devastated.

In a brutal twist, Molly then received a text which informed her she was single and “therefore [had] been dumped from the island”.

Molly’s co-stars were seen looking shellshocked and viewers at home were equally surprised.

Initially, viewers thought that Molly’s exit was all part of a bigger twist, having noticed that they didn’t see Molly packing her suitcase.

Those at home watching also spotted that Molly’s goodbye hadn’t actually aired, with the episode ending a major cliff-hanger.

Many speculated that she wasn’t actually being sent home, or could have made a return during the Casa Amor episodes.

Her exit has since been confirmed, however, and the star has spoken out about her shock over being dumped.

Speaking about Zach, Molly told HOAR: “I want to see him when he comes out and I want to carry on where we left off, because I think there’s still unfinished conversations and more to get to know about each other.”
