Zara McDermott has pleaded fans for help with a ‘so sore’ skin condition

The former Love Island star, 26, was candid about her flare-up

Zara previously admitted she had been diagnosed with Raynaud’s Disease

The reality TV star-turned-documentary-maker took a candid selfie showcasing the red pimple-style marks under her right eye and beneath her nose.

Zara wrote in her caption: “Omg guys I need help.

“Does anyone have any idea what this could be on my face?

“I’ve had this flare up thing under my eye for the past six weeks now since mid March. It’s so sore.

“It’s always present but some days it gets so sore and then when it’s really sore I get this flare up around my nose as well. It’s always in the same place.”

Zara then admitted: “I went to the doctors and she gave me a mild steroid cream to use but she was also baffled to what it could be!”

The BBC star is currently in Marbella and has documented the sunny weekend and healthy breakfasts.

Zara and boyfriend Sam Thompson recently returned from a dream holiday safari to South Africa.

Yet the stylish star recently also opened up about a skin condition that left her face red.

Zara who shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2018, recently explained that she has Raynaud’s disease.

Raynaud’s disease is a condition that affects your circulation — and can leave you with discoloured fingers and toes.

The reality star – who is always candid about her health – then took to Instagram and told her 1.7 million followers about how she was feeling.

Zara said: “I feel really conscious about my facial flushing at the moment.

“It’s got a little bit worse recently and its showing up a little bit more. A lot of you have suggested about looking into autoimmune conditions.

“Because this can be the two things that come hand in hand the Raynaud’s and the facial flushing.

“But to be honest I don’t have any symptoms at all. I would just be looking for something wrong with me at this point.

“A lot of you are saying you can go on medication for the Raynaud’s. I don’t think it’s that bad I just wondered if there was a cream I could put on my face.

“The Raynaud’s is not in a good space at the moment. I couldn’t text because my hands were so white and I’m dreading filming outside.”
