IT’S Breast Cancer Awareness month and I’m doing my bit to champion the cause.
Head over to Breastcancernow.org now to see how YOU can get involved — and for all the products on offer.
With so many supportive retailers, you can help save lives without a big spend.
Here are some ideas . . .
- TICKLISH TIMES: Check out Asda where, by swapping your supermarket shop items to Tickled Pink versions, you can help raise money towards the charity Breast Cancer Now. There are plenty of everyday items to choose from, from gym kit to teabags. But my favourite has to be the Asda Tickled Pink Muffins, two for £1.50, with a fixed donation going to Breast Cancer Now and breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! You can get them only in store, so be quick.
- SMALLS CAN BE BIG HELP: If you are in need of new undies, or comfy PJs, PrettyLittleThing.com has some cheap and cheerful pink-themed options in collaboration with CoppaFeel! this month, and will be donating to a minimum of £10,000 from sales to the charity. You can pay in installments with schemes such as Klarna. Students get ten per cent off and, if you shop via Topcashback, you can get up to seven per cent back.
- GET ON THE (PHONE) CASE: In need of a jazzy new holder for your mobile phone while doing your bit to help? At casewarehouse.com you can snap up a special-edition Breast Cancer Awareness iPhone case for £17.95, down from the usual £30 — and 100 per cent of profits, no less, will be donated to Breast Cancer Now.
- HOORAY FOR BOOHOO: For Breast Cancer Awareness month, online retailer Boohoo has teamed up with the Know Your Lemons foundation to offer a dedicated fashion collection. It is raising funds to educate people about the 12 key signs of breast cancer, as well as how to check. All sales will be donated to the charity. The range includes everything from trendy T-shirts to comfy satin eyemasks, and prices start from just £5.
